Blus met de bouillon en gaar 8-10 minuten op laag vuur. Bak de filets kort aan in een warme pan met boter tot ze licht kleuren. <\/li><li data-section-id=\"hx7a5r\" data-start=\"1134\" data-end=\"1312\">Leg de filets op een ingevette ovenschaal. Gaar 8-12 minuten op 180\u00b0C tot een kerntemperatuur van 62\u00b0C. <\/li><li data-section-id=\"att9sk\" data-start=\"1313\" data-end=\"1456\">Werk de groentebrunoise af met een klontje boter, citroenrasp en peterselie.
