Snijd de komkommer in schijfjes.<\/li><li>Spoel de rijst tot het spoelwater helder is.<\/li><li>Doe rijst en water in een pan, voeg zout toe. Breng aan de kook en laat op laag vuur garen tot al het water is opgenomen. Laat lauw worden (zonder deksel). Roer dan sushi-azijn en ahornsiroop er voorzichtig door.  <\/li><li>Maak met een uitsteekring 4 schijven (\u00b110 cm diameter, 2 cm dik) en 4 \u2018koepels\u2019 van dezelfde grootte.<\/li><li>Bak de hamburgers in een pan met een scheutje olie.<\/li><li>Leg op elk bord een rijstschijf en beleg (in deze volgorde) met saus, spinazie, 1 hamburger, komkommer en opnieuw saus.
